(b) For jumpers under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian is required to complete and sign the waiver form on behalf of the jumper. You voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Xtreme for any personal injury or fatality by signing the Xtreme waiver form. As a consequence personal injury, and sometimes fatality can occur. (a) You acknowledge that the recreational activities can be dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards. It is therefore very important that you read and understand them.
These Terms and Conditions affect your legal rights, and your assumption of the risk associated with the extreme sport of trampolining. Once you have booked and paid for your session with Xtreme it is understood that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to sign the online waiver document. We ask all our guests to abide by the rules and conditions displayed throughout the facility. Jumping on trampolines can result in injury.
